Fixed Shaft Conveyor Rollers

Fixed Shaft Roller

Atlantic can supply a wide range of fixed shaft gravity rollers for use as drive, tail or belt support rollers on conveyors. The shaft is fixed to the roller tube using special resin ends cast in situ. This allows a wide combination of tube and shaft diameters to be produced in both mild steel and stainless steel. Shafts can be plain or machined to customer's requirements and the method permits small quantities to be produced economically, for example to match existing conveyor components.
